Freediving.Life was created by American freediver and freediving instructor, Renee Blundon. Originally based in Dahab, Egypt, but now in the USA, Freediving.Life offers freediving courses and training as well as the best in freediving equipment, sold online and shipped worldwide.

Freediving.Life specializes in private tailored freediving courses, which makes for the best possible freediving experience. All courses and training sessions are lead by Renee Blundon herself, a PADI Freediver Instructor Trainer, AIDA Master Freediving Instructor, Apnea Academy Freediving Instructor, EFR Instructor Trainer and 2X former USA National Record Holder in free-immersion. Renee has taught / coached hundreds of students and athletes in the past eleven years and is very active in her freediving training, keeping up to date with the latest in freediving techniques, safety and equipment, often writing about interesting topics on the blog.
