Caught in a Metamorphosis
The sea falls down around me, then lifts me to the top of a coral wall. I gaze at the underwater landscape, a scene where novelty never declines, and am caught in a metamorphosis. The world passes away, while I simply be. I be with the clear water, the sunlight shining through the depths until it reaches me. I be with the pressure of unreleased air, the feeling of oblivion. I be with the oneness of the world, its weightlessness and uncertain future.
