Hi Guys! Truly sorry that I haven’t had a chance to write lately. I’m catching-up on computer work and am in the progress of setting-up a new online shop (in case you haven’t noticed!). I promise to post a proper update soon with ALL the latest about my freediving training and health.

In the meanwhile, I hope you are enjoying the articles, resources and previous posts on the site.

ALSO I wanted to quickly share with you my NEW favorite music for when I’m doing computer work or meditating / relaxing / doing static / etc.

I find that these particular tracks make THE difference when it comes to focusing on whatever it is I’m trying to focus on OR to just relax and tune-out (or tune-in, not sure haha).

The music is mostly ambient instrumental without high pitches or anything that’s too busy,  which really helps drown-out all the other background sounds and distractions. It’s almost TOO ambient, if you know what I mean, sometimes I don’t even realize it’s on!

And I can’t even begin to tell you how good this music makes me feel, well you will just have to experience it for yourself!

The great thing about these MP3’s is that they’re really really long tracks. Three of them are 1 hour long and one is almost 8 hours long (hence the large file size!)

Credit for the music goes to two YouTube channels: Meditation and Relaxing Music and Focus At Will. I highly recommend checking-out their channels and the other tracks they have, which are specifically designed for relaxation, stress relief, positive energy, meditation, focus, etc.
