ABOUT THE COURSE
Apnea Academy Third Level is the highest award for a freediver before instructor, taking you to depths between 25-40 meters. This deep freediving specialty course is designed to fine-tune your techniques on a very individualized level as well as to provide you with advanced relaxation and concentration techniques. Topics of nutrition, conditioning and equalization for deeper freediving are also an integral part of the program, supplying you with the knowledge for improving your ability to operate more efficiently in deep diving. The course is organized like a training camp with lots of interesting presentations and where you have the opportunity to try out many of the different freediving disciplines. There will also be enough rest time scheduled for those who would like to do their best performance. The Third Level will not just take you deeper in the ocean but also deeper into your own self discovery, with the opportunity to finally break through the mental barriers which normally stop you, allowing you to redefine your own personal limits.
For those who are very busy this course can be completed during a 5 week internship, with classes in the afternoon and on weekends.
