Beginner to Instructor Freediver Courses
At Freediving.Life we teach all levels of PADI Freediver program from beginner all the way up to PADI Freediver Instructor. Every course (except “Basic”) takes students in the pool as well as to open water and includes a minimum of 15 hours of training. Knowledge development is done via the online learning system PADI Freediver Touch only and there are no printed books available.

Certification
PADI BASIC FREEDIVER
This is a confined water only certification and it includes development of basic knowledge and a pool session. This course is meant for students for whom an open water session is not feasible or desirable. Duration: 1 day. Price: €95.
After basic knowledge development, this course provides basics in the pool before taking students to open water. The target depth after two days is 10-16 metres / 30-55 feet. This course builds on the skills learned in the previous course and deepens the understanding of freediving and takes students to greater depths (16-24 metres / 55-80 feet in open water) and longer distances in the pool. Duration: 3-4 days. Price: €275. More info…
In the master course, freedivers learn to improve their performance in all disciplines (STA, DYN, FIM, CWT) and improve their safety skills and knowledge accordingly.
