PADI Zero to Hero Freediving Program

The PADI Zero to Hero Freediving Program is a complete package that takes you from beginner freediver to PADI Freediver Instructor in minimum 1 month. The following courses and training are included:

• PADI Freediver Course (3 days)
• Rest day
• PADI Advanced Freediver Course (4 days)
• Rest day
• PADI Master Freediver Course (4-5 days)
• Rest day
• PADI Freediver Instructor Course (6+ days)

The details for the training schedule over the 1 month period is as follows:

WEEK 1-2:

The PADI Freediver and PADI Advanced Freediver courses will be completed within the first 1-2 weeks, with a rest day in-between.

WEEK 2-3:

During your second week, you will complete the PADI Master Freediver Course. During these first few weeks, the focus is on developing your skills as a freediver and becoming comfortable with depth as well as the pool disciplines.

A freediving instructor will dive with you and work specifically on weak points in order to prepare you for becoming a freediving instructor.

WEEK 3-4:

During the third or fourth week (depending on your progress), you will have your PADI Freediver Instructor Course.

After the course you can start assisting other instructors on a few freediving courses. Slowly you’ll start seeing mistakes and giving feedback to real students. You’ll also carry on with your own training, together our team.

Then, once finished, we can speak about work opportunities and may have the chance to teach some real courses in order to leave as a confident and independent PADI Freediver Instructor.

If you need to do your EFR (CPR & First-Aid) Course and EFR Instructor Course, the itinerary would be something like this:

• EFR (CPR & First-Aid) Course
• PADI Advanced Freediver Course (4 days)
• Rest day
• PADI Master Freediver Course (4-5 days)
• Rest day
• EFR Instructor Course (1-2 days)

The prerequisites to enroll in the PADI Zero to Hero Freediving Program are:

• 18 years or older
• Current medical statement signed by a physician within 12 months

• Read and study all material in your PADI Freediver Touch
• Read and develop familiarity with the PADI Freediver Instructor Guide

The PADI Zero to Hero Freediving package includes the following PADI courses and training:

*Freediving equipment rental is not included, PADI Freediver Instructor Application Fee is not included (approx. 82 euros paid directly to PADI when submitting your application).

NOTE! One of the requirements to become a PADI Freediver Instructor is to hold a valid EFR (CPR & First-Aid) certification and a valid EFR Instructor Certification. If you don’t have, no worries, I can offer you these courses at the dive shop. If you’re a scuba diver then you most likely already have an EFR certification, in which case please check if your certification valid (course must have been completed within the last two years.)
